Thank you very much for staying at Hotel Listel Shinjuku. Please be informed that drainage pipe renovation work will be carried out in the main building during the following period. During the construction, there may be noise, and workers will be moving through the hotel for material delivery. In addition, as water supply and drainage facilities will be unavailable on certain days, the main building will be closed. ※ The Annex building will remain open for accommodation during this period. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact the front desk. Main Building Accommodation Closure Closure Start: January 12, 2026 (Mon) after 15:00 check-out Reopening: January 18, 2026 (Sun) from 13:00 check-in ※ No accommodation will be available in the main building from Jan 12 (Mon) to Jan 17 (Sat). ※ The front desk and Annex building (accommodation only) will remain open as usual. We will be conducting an exterior wall inspection and repair work on the west side of the main building, as well as waterproofing construction on the 3rd floor balcony during the period below: Period: September 4, 2025 (Thu) – November 29, 2025 (Sat) Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to change depending on weather conditions) During construction, guests may experience noise, odors from construction materials, workers moving through the building, and workers passing near guestroom windows.
