Thank you very much for staying at Hotel Listel Shinjuku. Please be informed that drainage pipe renovation work will be carried out in the main building during the following period. During the construction, there may be noise, and workers will be moving through the hotel for material delivery. In addition, as water supply and drainage facilities will be unavailable on certain days, the main building will be closed. ※ The Annex building will remain open for accommodation during this period. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact the front desk. Construction Details Period: November 26, 2025 (Wed) – January 27, 2026 (Tue) Time: Around 10:00 – 16:00 Location: Drainage pipe next to the main building parking lot driveway Contractor: Sagara Construction Co., Ltd. Main Building Accommodation Closure Closure Start: January 12, 2026 (Mon) after 15:00 check-out Reopening: January 18, 2026 (Sun) from 13:00 check-in ※ No accommodation will be available in the main building from Jan 12 (Mon) to Jan 17 (Sat). ※ The front desk and Annex building (accommodation only) will remain open as usual. 호텔 리스텔 신주쿠를 이용해 주셔서 진심으로 감사드립니다. 아래 일정에 따라 본관 서쪽 외벽 조사 및 공사, 3층 발코니 방수 공사를 실시합니다. 기간: 2025년 9월 4일(목) ~ 11월 29일(토) 작업 시간: 오전 8시 30분 ~ 오후 5시 (날씨 등에 따라 변경될 수 있음) 공사 기간 동안 소음, 자재 냄새, 자재 반출입에 따른 작업자의 이동, 객실 창가 부근을 통과하는 작업자가 발생할 수 있습니다. 불편을 끼쳐 드려 대단히 죄송하며, 고객님의 양해와 협조를 부탁드립니다.
